2022 Gubernatorial First Lady Dawn Ige and other dignitaries joined in the video edited ceremonies congratulating island winners of the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Peace Poetry Awards throughout the state, as we continued through taking precautionary measures during Covid .
